This SMALL turkey crown is the full breast of the bird on the bone, with the legs and wings removed.
The SMALLEST TURKEY CROWN we supply will be a minimum weight of 6.5lb / 3kg, which we suggest will comfortably feed 4-6 adults with leftovers. A crown is perfect if you have fewer people to feed or guests who all like white meat.
