RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Market Fair online shop we are dedicated to delivering you the highest-quality, butchers products directly from our shop to your door.
To meet this goal, we work with our farmers and suppliers to source you high quality products you can buy – each order is hand-selected by our team of butchers in the shop.
If you are not completely happy with your order, simply contact us and we will do our best to make things right. If you are not satisfied with your goods, we will arrange for a pickup at a time and date that’s convenient for you and issue a full refund, promptly and courteously.
1) What are you required to do?

2) What circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We pride ourselves on the quality and sourcing of our meat. But we do understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Every online shopper will get the same quality and weight of their meats. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will investigate any issues and offer a full refund.
3) When do we accept returns?
We offer a 48 hour return policy arrangement with our customers. Please get in touch as early as possible to allow us to correct any issues.
4) When can I expect a refund?
We will replace any item you are not happy with if you bring it into the store. If you had your item delivered, we ask for 5 working days to investigate and process any refund or replacement.

We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and value our customers' satisfaction with all our products and deliveries we aim to stick to the timelines of return and refunds as detailed above.
