Choose your roasting meat by weight and cut. All joints of meat will come with a complimentary roasting bag and temperature probe. The benefits of using a roasting bag are that the meat cooks in its own juices and locks in the flavor, for the most important thing. The gravy!
The temperature probe indicates when the meat is thoroughly cooked and will pop out when the meat is ready to be removed from the oven. Please allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes before carving. This locks in the juices and flavour. Enjoy!
