This MEDIUM turkey crown is the full breast of the bird on the bone, with the legs and wings removed. Choose to have your fresh turkey crown whole or stuffed. A crown is perfect if you have fewer people to feed or guests who all like white meat. 

MEDIUM TURKEY CROWN we supply will be a minimum weight of 11lb / 5kg, which we suggest will comfortably feed 8-10 adults with leftovers.
